- The bus shuttle is scheduled at 19h00 on Sunday Oct. 15 (TGV arriving from Paris and Lyon airport at 18h47). For the return trip, the shuttle will be leaving Aussois at 13h00, reaching Modane station at 13h30 at most. (Train to Paris and Lyon at 13h59). If necessary another shuttle will run erlier in the afternoon. Please let us know if you are interested.

- Poster clip session. All posters can be presented in a 3 min presentation, in poster clip sessions scheduled at the end of regular sessions. Please prepare ONE slide in pdf format and load it on the organizers's computer upon arrival.

- Poster for oral contributers : Invited and contributed speakers are encouraged to also prepare a poster as a support for further discussions after the talks. For those interested, please send us an email by oct. 9 to secure a poster panel.

-Registration fees include housing, meals and shuttle transfer from/to Modane train station. Rates : 400€ (single room), 350€ (double room) or 250€ for students (double room).
